My blog is not letting me post?

I have a Blogger (blogspot, etc.) and whenever I try to make a post, it won't let me write. Instead, there is this little circle-thing spinning in the center of the box!! Is there something wrong with the blog, or is it just my computer? I have a Macintosh Laptop, by the way. Thanks!
