My google calendar won't sync to anything else, how can I fix it?

My blackberry torch wouldn't sync facebook events through the facebook application for some reason, so I made a google calendar (under my yahoo username that's linked to it) and tried exporting it to my iCal for snow leopard macintosh and into my blackberry via google sync. Neither work. Every time I update it on my phone it says "zero changes made" but if I get onto google and look at my calendar it is full of events. How can I get my google calendar to sync?
