Backup Mac via bootcamp ?? HELP! PLEASE?

You can't just copy the entirely of Macintosh HD. That drive includes your copy of Mac OS X, so if you try pasting everything in, you'll get the same problem you have now. You won't be able to back up your programs, but you can just copy everything in your home folder (/Users/yourUsername) and paste that in. That will let you keep all of your user-specific configuration files all all your personal data (documents, music, videos, and so on).
