How to fix my sunroofs tracking on my car? Help. Please.?

I have a 1997 Supercharged GrandPrix GTP 6cylinder and I would like to know if anyone knows how to give me a walk through on how to repair my sunroofs tracking. It's up about 10degs. up on one side and it wont close. One day I was opening my sunroof, and I heard a very loud cracking noise and all the sudden my sun roof wouldn't close. Can anyone tell me how to take the head liner off my car and repair my sunroof? I'd hate to pay a fortune, but my sunroof needs to be fixed... It's rained enough and my headliner has water stains... Got to repair that too when I get the money... But anyways, any help at all if possible.... Much appreciated. =o) Thanks.
