Microsoft computer information to Macintosh..?

Is it possible to transfer your information from your microsoft computer like itunes, documents, etc to a brand new macintosh computer? do you need a harddrive or a transfer data kit (anything like that)..? Please answer this question, because i am not the smartest tool in the shed :] Thank you and God bless.
