Possible virus download? (Macintosh)?

I use a macintosh computer, and a little while ago I clicked on a link in a google search that sent me to a website that forced a download of "anti virus" software. It tried to install but I got it to quit and deleted it off my hard drive. Now I'm paranoid that there may be other software bundled with this that's infecting my computer. What do I do?
