Vintage Macintosh SE/30 not working + burning smell?

It needed to be cleaned before use because of all the dust that it collected. It is now dead. Forever unusable. All functionality has ceased and will never come back. You killed it, and not just that, it is like you hit it with a car, then to make sure that it was okay, you backed over it. Not sure of what was going on you ran it over again and again, trying to figure out if it is dead. When you burn something, lighting it on fire won't make it work or unburn.
