Why are Macintosh computers more expensive than other PC?

Well im guessing they have all that stuff u can do like make good videos and music, but wats the point paying all that money if u not doing heavey work on? u can buy a pc and still have money left but I cant lie I do like the sleekness on a macbook, but however its too pricey, I stick with pc its much better
